
The Knox Parks and Recreation Board will hold their monthly board meeting this upcoming Monday, July 28th.
The meeting will take place at the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center in Knox at 5:30pm Central Time. The public is invited to attend this meeting.
After the call to order, the board will consider the approval of the minutes from their June 23rd meeting.
There will be a section for public comment, as well as a section for the presentation of financials, if any.
Under the New Business section of the agenda, topics include:
- Slats for pickle ball courts or nets
- Trying to obtain diagrams for old playground equipment
- Information about the skate park
- 3 trees that need to come down: one by the band stage, and two down by the walk path south of the last shelter. There will be discussion on a quote that was received for the removals.
Following that will come the Activity Director’s report, Superintendent’s report, and any other board member comments before adjourning.
