Eastern Pulaski School Board to meet August 11

The Eastern Pulaski School Board will hold a regular meeting this upcoming Monday, August 11th. The meeting will take place at 5:30pm Eastern Time at the Winamac Community High School and is open to the public.

After the meeting is called to order, there will be a Spotlight on Education. Next will be the approval of the agenda, as well as any public comments.

Under Consent Agenda Items, the Board will vote on minutes from a previous meeting as well as financial and personnel items.

The next Agenda section is Action and Discussion Items and includes: Neola Policy Updates first reading, donations, Memorandums of Understanding with both Indiana Wesleyan University and Ivy Tech, track resurfacing, tutoring, and any additional board topics.

The Board will then hear reports from principals and the superintendent.

Following a section for further board comment, the meeting will be adjourned.

Immediately following this meeting, the School Board will hold an Executive Session, which is not open to the public. In accordance with Indiana codes, the reasons for the meeting include: To discuss job performance evaluation of individual employees, and to discuss strategy with respect to: the initiation of litigation (judicial action or administrative law proceeding) or litigation that is either pending or has been specifically threatened in writing.
