North Judson San Pierre Elementary School has announced that the School Smiles on-site dental program will be at their school on September 11th and 23rd.
This program provides on-site dental care for all students who sign up to participate.
Services offered include teeth cleaning, fluoride, x-rays, sealants, restorative care, and free dental supplies for children. They accept Medicaid, private insurance, and offer self-pay rates and grants through their foundation.
Registration is open online at schoolsmiles.com/student-signup.
North Judson San Pierre Elementary School would like to remind parents that School Smiles requires a new registration form be filled out each school year, so even if you have registered in the past you will need to re-register this year.
