
The Winamac Volunteer Fire Department recently shared their report on their calls for service during the month of July of this year.
There were a total of 50 calls for service or events, and according to the Fire Department, they break down as follows:
31 calls for Medical assist with Pulaski County EMS, 4 vehicle accidents, and 2 structure fires.
There was one call for Mutual aid to another department, one call for smoke in a room, one for a carbon monoxide detector going off, and 1 call to wash the 4-H buildings.
Other calls for service in July include 3 automated fire alarm incidents, 2 weather spotter incidents, 2 department meetings, and 2 special events.
