According to the Starke County Historical Society, they have extended the registration deadline for their Teddy Bear Camp by one week.
This means applications may now be submitted through Saturday, September 13th.
Teddy Bear Camp is available for teddy bears and other stuffies that belong to children in Kindergarten to 4th grade; who would like to learn more about Starke County History.
Stuffies who attend the camp will get to visit various historic locations around Starke County, and all stuffies and their owners will receive a “Starke County Junior Historian” certificate at the end of the program. Daily updates will be shared on Starke County Historical Society’s Facebook page.
Teddy Bear Camp is free.
