UPDATE 9/28/25: This meeting has been moved from its original time. It will now be on Tuesday, September 30th, with the Executive Session beginning at 4pm Eastern Time with the Special Session to follow immediately. The location and subjects of both meetings remain the same.
The Winamac Town Council has announced that there will be an executive session this upcoming Monday, September 29th. The meeting will take place at 3:30pm Eastern Time at the Winamac Utilities Complex, located at 623 West 13th Street in Winamac.
In accordance with Indiana law, the Council has shared that the meeting will include strategy discussion regarding initiation of litigation, as well as discussion of job performance, or evaluations of individual employees.
As this is an executive session, the public is not allowed to attend.
Immediately following the Executive Session, however, the Winamac Town Council will hold a special session that the public is invited to attend. This meeting will also take place at the Winamac Utility Complex Board Room.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss accounting software, recommendation from the Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners, and anything else that may come before the council.
