The Winamac Volunteer Fire Department recently shared their service call statistics for the month of August.
According to the announcement, Winamac Volunteer Fire Department responded to:
26 calls for medical assist with Pulaski County EMS, 5 vehicle accidents, and one instance of a smoke detector going off. They also responded to 1 call for a tree on fire, 2 gas leak calls, and 1 call for a possible fire.
There was 1 call where they were dispatched but cancelled while en route, 2 department meetings, 1 safety drill, and 1 special event.
Winamac Volunteer Fire Department reports a total of 41 calls for service or events throughout the month of August.
