The Kouts Fire Department has announced that they will be holding an Open House tomorrow, Saturday, October 11th. The open house will take place from 10am – 1pm Central Time at 108 East Mentor Street in Kouts.
There will be a coloring contest for children ages k-5, a raffle for a cornhole set, free hot dogs and popcorn while supplies last, and the opportunity for citizens to touch-a-truck, becoming familiar with the bucket truck, fire trucks, and emergency vehicles up close.
Visitors to the Open House will also learn about fire prevention and safety, while meeting the firefighters who keep the community safe.
