
The town of North Judson has announced that their Redevelopment Commission will be holding a regular meeting this upcoming Monday, October 20th, followed directly by a City Council meeting. The Redevelopment Commission meeting will begin at 6:15pm Central Time, with the Council meeting tentatively scheduled to begin at 6:30pm.
Redevelopment Commission will be discussing the Town Park Improvements Project, Phase II, project plans involving the Department of Natural Resources Indiana Trails Program.
They will also discuss 2025-2026 project and spending planning.
After any additional business that comes before the commissioners, the meeting will be adjourned.
Directly following, or at 6:30pm, will be the City Council meeting.
Under Old Business, the councilors will discuss Town Ordinance 2025-06; an ordinance to establish and update the schedule of fees imposed by the town. They will also discuss the 2025 comprehensive plan update, with an update from the Steering Committee.
Councilors will discuss Town Resolution 2025-05; an Excess Levy appeal petition; with the Department of Local Government Finance.
Council will also discuss Town Resolution 2025-07, the adoption of an ADA plan and Title VI.
After reports from the departmental representatives, and any additional business deemed necessary by the board, the meeting will be adjourned.
