Pulaski County Commissioners to meet this morning

The Pulaski County Commissioners will be holding a regular meeting today at 8:30am Eastern Time.



The meeting will be at the Pulaski County Courthouse, and will also be live streamed on YouTube.

Commissioners will vote on the approval of the minutes from their November 3rd regular and executive sessions. They’ll approve and sign claims and payroll, and a Disaster Emergency Declaration Rescind letter. Commissioners will hear conference requests from the Highway department, the commissioners, and the Community Development Commission.

Speakers scheduled on the agenda include from Recycling and Transfer in regards to information and vehicles. The Community Development Commission will provide updates and discuss a proposed comprehensive plan with commissioners. They will have discussion on opioid funds to support jail programming, and on the use of the security room for early voting.

Commissioners will discuss a moratorium on data centers. Under the discussion section of the agenda, topics of conversation include PTO changes, solar project road safety concerns, updates and evaluations from department heads. They’ll discuss 2026 meeting dates and holidays, and parking on the north side of the courthouse.

There will also be a section of the meeting set aside for public comment, before the meeting is adjourned. The public is invited to attend this meeting. The next commissioners meeting will take place on Monday, December 1st at 6pm.
