The Food Bank of Northern Indiana has announced their second week of Turkeys on the Table Distributions.
There will be one distribution in Starke County this week, taking place today, Monday November 17th. The event will be from 10am to 11:30am Central Time, while supplies last. The distribution will take place at Healthlinc, at 104 East Culver Road Suite 106 in Knox. This distribution is intended to serve 125 households.
In La Porte County there will be four distributions this week.
On Tuesday, November 18th there will be a Turkey on the Table distribution from 10:30am – noon, at Salvation army at 3240 Monroe Street in La Porte; and from 1-2:30pm at First Church of God at 2020 East Lincolnway also in La Porte. Both events are intended to serve 150 households each, and will take place as long as supplies last.
Additionally, there will be two more dates this Wednesday, November 19th in La Porte County. From 9 – 10:30am at High Praise Outreach Ministries in Michigan City, as well as from 11:30am – 1:30pm at Kingsford Heights Community Center, located at 515 Wayland Road. Both events are intended to serve 200 households each, and will take place as long as supplies last.
