Knox High School students visit Starke County Sheriff’s Office

KNOX – Starke County Sheriff’s office was host to Knox High School students recently for some interactive, hands-on learning.

According to a post by the Sheriff’s Office this week, on Friday, December 12th, Knox High School’s Criminal Justice class visited the Starke County Justice Center. Students were able to tour the facility and talk with members of jail staff, dispatch, detectives, and patrol division.

Their visit concluded with a roundtable discussion with Starke County Sheriff Jack Rosa.

The post stated that the visiting Criminal Justice students asked great questions, and that the Sheriff’s Office enjoyed their visit.
