According to an announcement made over the weekend by the North Judson San Pierre Robotics and STEM group, their NJSP Drone Team brought home a championship this weekend from their first-ever tournament.
The tournament took place on Saturday, December 6th at Ben Davis University High School in Indianapolis. Students on the team woke up early Saturday morning to make the trip, where they competed against both middle and high school teams, and took home first place.
Additionally, the team brought home the Judges’ Award for their perseverance, sportsmanship, and interview skills.
The announcement ended with a big congratulations to the North Judson San Pierre Drone Team; stating that the incredible group of students makes their school and community proud.
