According to the Hoosier Lottery, a Powerball ticket sold in LaPorte last week is a $50,000 winner.
The Hoosier Lottery shared that a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold for last Monday night’s Powerball drawing at the Family Express located on J Street in La Porte.
The winning numbers for the December 22nd drawing were 3, 18, 36, 41, and 54 with the Powerball of 7.
Several other big winners were announced across Indiana for both last Saturday and Monday’s drawings; including $50,000 winning tickets sold in Rochester, Burlington, and Richmond and a $150,000 ticket being purchased in Camby Indiana.
The Hoosier Lottery suggests that people holding winning tickets ensure they are in a safe place, consider meeting with a financial advisor, and call the Hoosier Lottery customer service line for more specific claim instructions.
