The Pulaski County America 250 Committee will hold a meeting this upcoming Monday, December 15th.
The meeting will be held at 6pm Eastern Time at the Pulaski County Historical Society Cultural Center.
During their meeting, the Committee will hear an update on the “250 in 250” campaign; which is underway and still accepting sign-ups. The campaign is a challenge for individuals to walk one mile every day through July 4th, 2026. The challenge began October 28th, to make a total of 250 miles in 250 days. The committee will also receive an update on Pulaski County America 250 Swag, and they will be asked for their feedback in regards of business decals.
A discussion will also be had on ideas for a January 2026 event to celebrate the new year, as well as suggestions and ideas for time capsule items for a planned capsule to be opened in 2076.
The America 250 Committee will also discuss details on several upcoming events and celebrations throughout 2026.
