The Starke County Auditor announced on Friday that the Starke County Commissioner’s meeting that was scheduled for today, December 1st, has been canceled due to a lack of quorum.
All of the agenda items from today’s meeting have been added to the December 15th meeting at 9:30am Central Time.
Items on the December 15th meeting include a monthly report from our EMS director, as well as a scheduled 20-minute discussion in regards to land. The Economic Development Foundation will discuss a contract.
Commissioners will also discuss some job descriptions, review a contract with the county attorney, and have a discussion on roads with the highway department. Commissioners will discuss the approval of the 2026 reassessment contract, as well as go over vendor and payroll claims and meeting minutes from November 17th.
Again, this is the agenda for the upcoming December 15th Starke County Commissioners’ meeting, which now holds the items from today’s canceled commissioner’s meeting.
