Starke County Public Library’s winter reading program kicks off January 2

The Starke County Public Library has announced that their winter reading programs for children, teens, and adults will be starting soon and it’s not too late to sign up.

All three groups of the reading program will begin Friday, January 2nd and run through Saturday, February 14th. Those interested in signing up can do so at any of the 4 Starke County Library branches; in Knox, Hamlet, Koontz Lake, or San Pierre.

For the adult winter reading program, participants’ goal is to read 6 adult books during the program. Those who finish 6 books in that time will earn a prize.
