The Starke County Auditor shared yesterday that there are still open board positions in the county.
The Starke County Planning Commission is looking for two members, and the Starke County Board of Zoning Appeals needs one member.
Knox City Planning Commission needs two members that are located within the two-mile jurisdiction; the applicants for these positions cannot be within the City limits, nor can they be outside the two-mile jurisdiction.
The Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals is looking for one member, while the Starke County Convention and Visitors’ Commission needs three members.
Finally, the Starke County Building Corporation needs one member.
