Pulaski County Community Development announced yesterday that the Pulaski County Revolving Loan fund is accepting applications.
According to the announcement, the county currently has nearly $290,000 available to lend to qualifying small businesses.
The Revolving Loan Fund, or RLF, has two tiers of funding available for potential borrowers.
The first type of these loans are considered regular loans, which are valued at $20,000.01 or more. These loans undergo a more rigorous review process by the Regional Development Company and the Economic Development Commission before going before the Pulaski County Board of Commissioners for final approval.
The second type of loan available is through the Small Loan Program, which is further divided into Micro, Mini, and Small levels. The small-loan applications are not subject to review by the Regional Development Company and go directly to the Economic Development Commission for consideration.
Those wishing to view program descriptions and guidelines, find an application checklist, and the applications themselves, can visit the county’s website at pulaskionline.org.
