Both the Starke County Plan Commission and the Starke County Board of Zoning Appeals have announced their regular meeting schedules for 2026.
According to the announcement, the Starke County Plan Commission will hold its regular monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm Central Time. Meetings will be conducted in Meeting Room 1 of the Annex Building located at 53 East Mound Street in Knox. The announcement states that these meetings are for the purpose of reviewing and acting upon planning, zoning, and development.
The Starke County Board of Zoning Appeals will also hold its regular monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at 7pm. These meetings will also be held in Meeting Room 1 of the Annex Building in Knox.
The Board of Zoning Appeals hears variance requests, special exceptions, appeals, and other zoning matters.
All Starke County Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are open to the public.
