Pulaski County Community Development announced earlier this week that all 34 units of an income-based housing community in Winamac have been leased, with the final tenants expected to move in by the end of this week.
The community is called Willow Creek Villas and is an affordable housing community with 5 buildings. The project was approved in 2024 and received tax credits from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, through the 2024 Rental Housing Tax Credit General Set-Aside.
The apartments are located east of the Winamac Plaza, and rent is determined by federal guidelines and the income of occupants.
