The Knox Board of Public Works will be holding an executive session followed by a regular meeting this upcoming Wednesday morning, February 25th.
Both meetings will take place at Knox City Hall, located at 101 West Washington Street.
The executive session is scheduled to begin at 9am Central Time and is not open to the public. Discussion will be had in regards to strategy and to receive information about or interview prospective employees.
The Board of Work’s regular meeting, which is open to the public, is scheduled to begin at 9:30am Central Time.
The meeting will be called to order, and any necessary amendments will be made to the agenda. The board will vote on the approval of the minutes from their January 28th meeting before moving on to the Superintendents’ reports.
The board will vote on the approval of a new hire for the police department, as well as review Standard Operating Procedures for drones.
There will be discussion and updates on two addresses; one on New York street and one on Main Street, before the meeting is adjourned.
