The Pulaski County Board of Commissioners, and the Building & Planning Department are accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission, for the remainder of the seat’s term.
In an announcement shared earlier this week, Pulaski County officials stated that the vacant seat will be active through the first Monday of January 2027, at which time the member may then be re-appointed to a full, four-year term at the discretion of the Board.
The person who fills this vacancy must be either a Democrat or Independent. They also must either live within the County’s planning and zoning jurisdiction, or live within Winamac or Francesville’s jurisdiction and own real property within the County’s jurisdiction.
Those interested in applying should submit applications by this Friday, February 13th, to the Building Inspector / Plan Administrator Karla Redweik by 4pm Eastern Time.
