The Knox Mayor’s report on the February 24th City Council meeting included information on multiple upcoming city events.
The report states that the annual Easter Egg hunt with the Knox City Police Department is scheduled to take place Sunday, March 29th. The hunt will take place at Wythogan Park in Knox at 1:30pm Central Time.
Another upcoming event in the City of Knox will be its Family Fun Day and fireworks show, scheduled to take place on June 27th this year. Mayor Estok’s report indicates that local businesses should be looking out for letters in the mail for donations for Family Fun Day.
Finally, the City is seeking sponsors for its Movies in the Park events over the summer at Wythogan Park. The first movie is currently planned for Wednesday, June 3rd, with other dates to be determined.
