Kankakee Valley REMC has announced that petitions are now open for members who are interested in serving on the board.
The Kankakee Valley REMC Board of Directors helps to represent the community and guide the future of the cooperative.
All members who are interested in running for a board seat must attend one Candidate Orientation and Information Meeting, to receive details about responsibilities, the election process, and what to expect as a candidate.
Dates for these Orientations are scheduled for June 4th, and June 9th, and can be attended in person or virtually.
