The Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission has announced that it will be holding a special session on April 20th at 8:15am Eastern Time.
The meeting will take place at the Pulaski County Highway Garage, located at 1131 US 35 in Winamac.
This session will include a public hearing in regards to a proposed ordinance for a moratorium on permits for Commercial Solar Energy Systems within Pulaski County.
The proposed ordinance and all submitted documentation are available by appointment for review Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm Eastern Time in the Building/Zoning Department of the County Courthouse, located at 112 East Main Street in Winamac.
The announcement states that written statements concerning this matter may be filed with the Plan Administrator or Administrative Secretary a minimum of 48 hours prior to the hearing, and those statements, along with statements from community members attending the hearing, will be heard by the Advisory Plan Commission during the hearing.
