The Starke County Plan Commission will be holding a regular meeting tomorrow, Thursday April 23rd.
The meeting will be held at 5pm Central Time in the Annex 1 meeting room, located at 53 East Mound Street in Knox.
After the determination of quorum and the approval of the agenda and minutes from two April meetings, the board will discuss old business.
Under Old Business are two discussions, two draft ordinances regarding commercial and utility scale solar energy systems; and commercial battery energy storage systems; CSES and BESS respectively.
Plan Commission will review any draft revisions and updates, and if they reach possible consensus, the drafts could move forward to be scheduled for Public Hearing.
After comments from the public and the board, the meeting will be adjourned.
Written statements may be submitted up to 4 hours prior to the meeting, and will be included in the official record.
