The Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation has announced a board meeting directly followed by an executive session this upcoming Monday, May 11th.
The Executive Session, which will begin immediately after the regular board meeting is adjourned, is not open to the public. During the executive session, board members will receive information about and interview prospective employees.
The regular meeting will take place at 5pm Eastern Time at the Meeting Conference Center at Winamac Community High School, and is open to the public.
Action and Discussion Items at the meeting include a dietician contract, then a first reading of three handbooks: Classified Handbook, Athletic Handbook, and Corporation Handbooks.
Board members will discuss Chromebook Agreements, as well as any donations that have been made. The Board will discuss approval for any overnight field trip requests and discuss any additional board topics.
The Principals and Superintendent will give their reports, and there will be a section of the meeting for comments from the Board before the meeting is adjourned.
