The City of Knox has announced that its Redevelopment Commission will be holding a joint meeting with City Council, followed by a regular meeting, next Wednesday, May 20th.
The joint meeting will begin at 4:30pm Central Time, and the Redevelopment Commission meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30pm. Both meetings will be held at Knox City Hall, located at 101 West Washington Street.
During the joint meeting, the annual TIF report from Baker Tilly will be presented, and discussion will be held on the selling of remaining 4 lots in Sunnyside Estates, Knox’s new subdivision at the corner of Henry and Short Drives.
There will be a discussion of a renewal for Bianca Rose Floral Design, followed by the signing of vouchers. The meeting will then be adjourned.
