After a public hearing held Monday evening in North Judson, officials have approved an amendment to the town’s waterworks rates and charges ordinance.
The public hearing was on Ordinance 2026-07, which amends the schedule for rates and charges for North Judson Waterworks customers.
During the town council meeting, officials noted that the topic had been discussed at length at previous council meetings. Representatives indicated the proposal presented at the meeting reflected decisions that were made during those earlier discussions.
There were no public comments made during the hearing. After council members adjourned the hearing, they voted to move forward with adopting the ordinance.
