Oregon-Davis School Corporation to discuss future financial outlook at upcoming Board meeting

The Oregon-Davis School Corporation has announced it will be holding a Board meeting tomorrow, Wednesday May 20th.

During the meeting, there will be a presentation regarding the future financial outlook of Oregon-Davis Schools and discussion on the possibility of pursuing a future operating referendum.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at 7pm Central Time at the Oregon-Davis Elementary School’s Room 125.

The announcement states that during the meeting, the Board and administration will review:

  • Current operational needs of the school corporation
  • Projected tax impacts related to Indiana Senate Bill 1
  • Financial outlook and future funding considerations
  • Potential future operating referendum options

There will also be an opportunity for community questions and public input following the presentation.

Oregon-Davis Schools states that community involvement and feedback are important as the school evaluates future financial planning and the continued support of programs and opportunities for students.
