The Starke County Board of Commissioners will be holding an emergency executive session this week.
The session will be held tomorrow, Friday May 15th at 3pm in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room.
The emergency executive session will have two purposes according to Indiana Codes:
- For discussion of strategy with respect to litigation that is either pending or has been threatened in writing
- A real property transaction including a purchase, lease transfer, exchange, or sale by the governing body up until the time a contract or option is executed by the parties
A reminder that executive sessions are not open to the public.
