The Starke County Commissioners will hold a regular meeting this upcoming Monday, May 18th.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30am Central Time and will open with vendor and payroll claims, followed by approval for the minutes from the April 20th Commissioner’s Meeting.
Commissioners will receive monthly reports from EMS and the Economic Development Director.
Commissioners will hear a request from Community Services, followed by a discussion on a Coroner’s addition to the jail.
Maintenance will discuss the old jail’s roof and a truck with the board, and they will discuss what is and isn’t an allowable expenditure.
The Treasurer will discuss office space with commissioners, and will view a presentation from Indiana Veteran’s Affairs.
After any other business that may come before the Board, the meeting will be adjourned.
