The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that US Highway 35 is now re-opened in La Porte County.
The stretch of highway between State Road 39 and US 20 in La Porte County have been closed for a structure replacement.
The announcement stated that paving operations along this stretch will begin on or after July 31st, with flaggers to direct traffic in the area where work is occurring.
