The Knox Community School Board will meet Monday, August 3rd, at 6pm Central Time at the Knox Community School Corporation Administrative Office.
During the meeting, administrators will provide the board with a report on the “Leading the Leaders” professional development program. Board members will also receive an update on the corporation’s High Ability program.
The board will consider several personnel recommendations, including three resignations, four transfers, one leave request, five new hires, one retirement and three extracurricular appointments.
In other business, board members will consider approving Knox High School Student Council fundraisers that were inadvertently left off the list approved during the July 20th meeting. The board will also receive an update on the middle school construction project and consider accepting an anonymous donation of a teepee to the athletic department.
Building principals will provide updates on their schools and introduce new staff members before the meeting concludes.
The meeting is open to the public.
