The Knox Redevelopment Commission will meet Wednesday to receive updates on several ongoing projects, including Sunnyside Estates, a downtown parking lot demolition, and the city’s facade grant program.
The meeting is scheduled for 4:30pm Central Time at Knox City Hall, which is located at 101 West Washington Street in Knox.
After the approval of the June 17 meeting minutes, commissioners are expected to hear an update on the Sunnyside Estates project. The agenda also includes reports on the downtown parking lot demolition and the city’s facade grant application program.
Commission members are also expected to discuss the next steps for the property located at 18 South Main St.
The commission will sign vouchers before adjourning the meeting.
