The Starke County Parks Department has announced it will be holding a regular meeting this evening, Tuesday, July 14th.
The meeting will be held at 6pm Central Time at the Annex Building 1, located at 53 East Mound Street in Knox.
Those wishing to speak at a park board meeting are reminded to please raise their hand and wait to be called on by the board president before making any statements or asking questions.
The meeting agenda for the Park Board includes the approval of minutes from its June 9th regular meeting, followed by discussion on a 3-year contract in regards to 2027 Bass Lake Beach pier installation and removal.
Board members will also discuss DNR reports for both Bass Lake Beach and Kramer’s Beach before moving on to discuss a signage policy for Starke County Park Department properties.
There will be a discussion on electric usage at the Bass Lake Campground, followed by both a Superintendent’s report and a financial report.
After any other business that may come before the board, the meeting will be adjourned.
