Knox Community Schools and the Indiana Department of Health will be hosting an on-site vaccine clinic this month.
The clinic will take place on Tuesday, July 21st from noon – 6pm Central Time at the Knox Elementary School, which is located at 210 West Culver Road in Knox.
This vaccine clinic is available for those 3 years and older. Those getting vaccinated should bring immunization records; and individuals who have insurance, including Medicaid or Medicare, should bring insurance information as well.
Those who are underinsured or who don’t have insurance will not be charged for vaccines, though it has been noted that the Shingles vaccine is only available to those with insurance.

Walk ins are welcome on the day of the clinic as well.
