Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation to hold board meeting and executive session this evening

The Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation’s Board of School Trustees will be holding a regular meeting this evening, Monday August 10th.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30pm Eastern Time and will be held at the Meeting Conference Center at Winamac Community High School, located at 715 School Drive in Winamac.

After the meeting is called to order and the agenda is approved, there will be a portion of the meeting set aside for public comment.

Under consent agenda items, the board will consider previous meeting’s minutes as well as financial and personnel items.

The meeting will then move on to action and discussion items, including after-school tutoring and donations. School board members will hear a maintenance quote from Siders Asphalt, and will discuss an MOU between the school corporation and Pulaski County’s Emergency Management Team.

Following reports from the principals and superintendent, and any comments from board members, the meeting will be adjourned.

The public is invited to attend this meeting.

Immediately following the regular meeting will be an executive session, which is not open to the public.

In accordance with Indiana codes, it has been shared that the purpose of the meeting will be to receive information about and interview prospective employees.

Following this, the meeting will be adjourned.
