
The North Judson Redevelopment Commission and North Judson Town Council will hold meetings Monday, August 17. Both meetings will be held at 310 Lane Street in Judson.
The Redevelopment Commission is scheduled to meet first at 6:15pm Central Time. Members will consider minutes from their July 20th meeting before moving on to business.
Business includes discussion of project plans for Phase Two of the Town Park Improvements Project and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Indiana Trails Program Grant. The commission will then discuss a 2026 application for a Department of Natural Resources Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant.
The commission is also scheduled to discuss 2026 fiscal sustainability planning, including a capital asset and budget update. Additional business may also be considered before adjournment.
The North Judson Town Council is scheduled to meet at 6:30pm Central Time, or directly following the Redevelopment Commission meeting. Council members will begin by reviewing claims for payment and are expected to consider minutes from their August 3rd regular meeting.
Under old business, the council will consider the 2026 application for the Department of Natural Resources Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant. The council is also scheduled to hold a public hearing on the 2026 budget and consider its adoption.
Council members will then discuss water and wastewater operator services with Astbury Water Technology. Under new business, the council is scheduled to discuss utility billing in connection with a USPS delivery interruption.
The agenda also includes sections for any guest recognition, departmental and representative reports, a legal update, additional business and payment of claims before adjournment.
