The City of Knox is looking for children and adults to participate in the filming of a community video today, Friday, August 14, at Bass Lake Beach.
Filming is scheduled to begin at 3:30pm Central Time at the Bass Lake Beach House. Participants will be filmed enjoying the beach as part of a video showcasing the community.
Admission to Bass Lake Beach will be free for those participating in the filming.
The event is open to people of all ages, and participants do not have to live in Knox. Organizers are encouraging friends and families from surrounding communities to participate and say they would especially like to see Bass Lake residents represented in the video.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver before taking part.
Those interested can arrive at the Bass Lake Beach House for the 3:30 p.m. start. Additional information is available by messaging the Starke County Park and Recreation Facebook page.
