A mobile mammogram event scheduled for next week in North Judson has been canceled.
The Saint Joseph Health System Mobile Medical Unit had been scheduled to offer mammograms Wednesday, October 7th at the United Methodist Church in North Judson. The event has been canceled due to high fuel costs and a lack of sign-ups.
The mobile mammogram event scheduled in Knox will still take place as planned.
The Mobile Medical Unit will be at the Starke County Health Department, located at 108 North Pearl Street in Knox, this upcoming Tuesday, October 6th from 10am to 2pm Central Time.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted as the schedule permits. Appointments can be made by calling 574-335-4500 or toll-free at 1-888-455-4450.
