The Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting this evening, Monday, September 28th.
During the meeting, the Board will consider two special exception requests for cellular towers near Winamac.
Both requests involve proposed cellular towers that would be 300 feet tall, exceeding the county’s Unified Development Ordinance limit of 200 feet.
The first special exception hearing is for Iron Mountain Towers, for a proposed tower at the southeast corner of 450 West and 400 South.
The second hearing is for Chaille Towers, and is for a proposed tower at 500 South and 400 West, on the west side of 400 West.
The board is also scheduled to discuss adjustments to its rules of procedure under old business. The agenda also includes a section for public comment.
This meeting of the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals will take place at 6pm Eastern Time this evening at the Pulaski County Courthouse in Winamac, located at 112 East Main Street in Winamac.
