The Pulaski County Council will hold a regular meeting on Monday, September 14th. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6pm Eastern Time and will also be streamed live on YouTube.
Following public comment, the council will hold a discussion with Baker Tilly. A fund agreement involving the Community Foundation will also be discussed, followed by a discussion on budget items with the County Prosecutor.
The council will hold a public hearing on the budget and consider the reappointment of a Francesville-Salem Township Public Library trustee.
Council members will consider previous meeting minutes from multiple meetings, as well as a revised salary ordinance.
Several fund transfers are also on the agenda, including $1,421,400 in economic development payments, $10,000 within the Commissioners budget, $8,000 within the Auditor’s budget and $100,000 within the Highway Department budget.
Advertised additional appropriations include $19,585.84 for Sheriff’s Department building maintenance and repairs, $2.2 million in restricted Motor Vehicle Highway funds, $14,390 for part-time help, Social Security, Medicare and equipment in the Prosecutor’s budget, and $46,850 for demolition through the Building Inspector’s budget.
After any other business that might come before the board, the meeting will be adjourned.
