Medaryville’s Town Clerk has shared information about an executive session and a special meeting to be held this week by Medaryville Town Council.
Both meetings will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30th, at Medaryville Town Hall, which is located at 409 East Main Street in Medaryville.
The special meeting, which is open to the public, is scheduled to begin at 3:15pm Eastern Time.
The agenda for the meeting shares that the Town Council will meet for delegation of legal authority to sign on behalf of the Town of Medaryville for Community Crossings Matching Grant.
Those wishing to attend this meeting who need assistance entering the building can call the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office at 219-843-2101 in advance of the meeting.
The executive session, which is not open to the public, is scheduled to begin at 3:30pm Eastern Time.
The notice for the meeting states that the Governing Body will hold an Executive Session in order to discuss a job performance evaluation, employee specific compensation, or employment matters of individual employees. The notice also shares that the meeting will not include a general discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.
