A Warsaw woman died following a two-vehicle crash in La Porte County Saturday.
According to the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 2900 north block of Fail Road around 12:15pm Central Time for a personal injury crash.
The initial investigation determined a 2014 Toyota driven by 38-year-old Aaron D. Keehn of La Porte was traveling north on Fail Road, while a 2024 Kia driven by 71-year-old John W. Pratt of Warsaw was traveling south.
Police say the Toyota traveled left of center and collided with the Kia.
John Pratt was injured and transported to a regional hospital for treatment. His passenger, 77-year-old Lana L. Pratt of Warsaw, was also injured and transported to an area hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Keehn sustained an upper-body injury and was transported to a regional hospital for treatment.
The Sheriff’s Office says toxicology test results are pending.
The crash remains under investigation, and no further information is currently available for release.
