The Pulaski County Commissioners will meet tonight, Monday, October 5th, with rezoning requests and battery energy storage system regulations among the items on the agenda.
The county building Inspector is scheduled to discuss rezoning properties, BESS text amendments, and a BESS moratorium.
A representative from NextEra is scheduled to discuss amending the timeline for a road use agreement, while an EMS representative will present a mitigation plan for adoption.
The commissioners are also scheduled to consider task orders for AEP Moss Creek, Bottlebrush, Black, and Vetch, along with a subordination agreement for Willow Creek Villas.
The meeting is scheduled for tonight at 6pm Eastern Time at the Pulaski County Courthouse, located at 112 East Main Street. The meeting will also be streamed live on YouTube.
