The Pulaski County Drainage Board will meet today, Monday, October 19th, at 10am Eastern Time in Room 201 of the Pulaski County Courthouse in Winamac.
The agenda states that board members are scheduled to discuss the first amendment to the NextEra/Moss Creek Solar drainage agreement, along with drainage agreements involving AEP Star Pulaski and Swingle.
The board will also consider a first amendment to the Mayapple Solar drainage agreement and discuss the Stone Dilts Ditch.
Other agenda items include a drainage study task order with VS Engineering and a GIS data exchange agreement involving Starke and Pulaski counties.
The board is also scheduled to open bids for fall 2026 and spring 2027 projects.
Additional business includes consideration of a $9,500 claim from Widner & Sons Excavating, Inc. for work associated with the Scheuer Keller Ditch, approval of minutes from the September 21st meeting, and public comment.
