The Knox Middle School PTO would like to extend a huge thank you to the 110 donors and over 60 volunteers who made the new Outdoor Play & Learn Space a success. A special thanks to the Knox School Corporation maintenance and groundskeeping staff Derrick Howard & John Tow, as well as our volunteer construction team—Jeremiah Patrick (Hill Excavating), Thad & Natosha Beauchamp, and Jeff Lenig—for generously donating their time & services to help build this wonderful space for our community. Also to our All-Star level donors Starke County Community Foundation, 1st Source Bank Foundation for their $10,000 donations and to the Indiana Housing & Community Development authority for the $50,000 matching grant!
Now that construction is complete, we invite the community to join the KMS PTO & Starke County Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate this exciting new addition to Knox Middle School with a ribbon cutting.
