Ada M. Puckett, 84 years old of North Judson, Indiana passed away on March 3, 2026.
She was born Wednesday, March 19, 1941 in Hazard, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Clarence Stacy and the late Betty (Campbell) Stacy.
Services were held at O’Donnell Funeral Home, March 6, 2026 at 12 pm with Reverend Mike Noble officiating.
Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery, North Judson, Indiana 46366.
